When you submit a form, the information entered into the form is transmitted to Formspree so it can process the submission and deliver it to us. Formspree may also process technical information such as an IP address, browser type, referring address, domain name, and access time to operate its service, prevent fraud, filter spam, and maintain security.

Formspree’s services are hosted using Amazon Web Services in the United States. This means form submissions may be processed or stored outside the country in which you live.

Formspree acts as a service provider processing form submissions on our behalf. More information is available in the Formspree Privacy Policy and on Formspree’s security page.

5. Google Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the website. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about website activity, browser and device characteristics, approximate location, and traffic sources.

We use this information to produce statistical reports, identify technical or usability issues, understand which pages are useful to visitors, and improve the website. We do not receive reports from Google Analytics that directly identify visitors by name or email address.

Google may process analytics information on servers located in different countries. Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies should not prevent you from using the main features of the website. You may also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Where applicable law requires consent for analytics cookies, we will request consent before activating those cookies.

6. Legal grounds for processing

Depending on the applicable law and the circumstances, we process personal information on one or more of the following grounds:

  • You have consented to the processing
  • Processing is necessary to respond to a request you made or to take steps at your request before entering into a business relationship

  • Processing is necessary to perform or administer a contract
  • Processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation
  • Processing is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before consent was withdrawn.

Where required, we use contractual, organizational, or other appropriate safeguards intended to protect personal information transferred internationally. Formspree states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant international transfers.

9. How long we retain information
