Global Outreach Executive
The Global Outreach Executive plays a vital role in both re-engaging with our former clients and ensuring the highest service quality for our existing subscription clients. This role is pivotal in driving customer retention and acquisition strategies while also supporting top-level executives in their scheduling requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to former clients through phone calls, identifying reasons for discontinuation, and persuading them to reconsider our services
- Conduct regular service quality calls with our existing clients to ensure they are satisfied with our offerings and to identify areas for improvement
- Present our latest offerings in a compelling and informative manner, highlighting the value proposition and benefits that directly address the client’s needs
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and scheduling meetings and demo with directors, ensuring no scheduling conflicts and optimal use of the directors’ time
- Collaborate with the customer relations team to formulate and implement effective strategies for both client retention and acquisition
- Continually analyze customer feedback and market trends to propose improvements and innovations in our client engagement approach
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, client feedback, and progress in our CRM system. Generate regular reports to track outreach performance and conversion rates
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Individuals with little to no prior sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- A genuine interest in sales and a willingness to learn and develop
- Basic proficiency with computer applications and software tools
