ERP Implementation Consultant
As a Functional Consultant at FACT Software Group, you will wear many hats and have the opportunity to progress within the company. FACT Software provides best-of-class ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software solutions to clients from a broad range of industries. You will work in our Implementation and Support team to deliver high-quality customer service to our clients, and learn about the entire post-sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Training :
- Project Implementation from Kick-Off to Go Live
- Requirement Gathering & Business Process Mapping
- System Setup, Configuration & Implementation
- FRD Documentation
- End-User Training
Helpdesk & Support Activities :
- Attend to Inbound & Outbound Helpdesk requests via Email & Phone etc
- Post Implementation Support
- Ability to develop loyal, ongoing relationships with customers
- Maintain high degree of customer engagement and satisfaction
- Responsible for retention and up-selling to current clients
- Diligently follow-up on renewal of Annual Maintenance Plans
Pre-Sales & Project Scoping:

- Product Demonstration
- Assist the Sales Team in
- Project Scoping
- Documenting Proposals & RFP responses
- Sales-To-Implementation Project Handover Documentation
- You may visit clients onsite for implementation and training on new projects as well as for existing clients.
Basic Requirements
- High degree of technical competency with computer systems and software
- B.Com Freshers with solid Accounting language
- Solid foundational Accounting knowledge
- 0 – 6 Years of Experience in ERP Domain
- Preferably worked in ERP Help Desk/Implementation
- Language Known : English (Read, Write and Speak), Bengali (Speak), Hindi (Speak)
- Excellent communications skills and client management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree (Commerce)
- Must be located in Kolkata
